Of all the Jedi Chambers players can find on Koboh in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the Chamber of Ambidexterity is the hardest to find. Seven Jedi Chambers can be found on Koboh, challenging players to solve complex puzzles to receive rewards, including Essences and Perks for Cal. Unlike the others, however, the Chamber of Ambidexterity isn’t clearly marked and can be hard to reach.
The Chamber of Ambidexterity can only be completed once players have gotten the Koboh Grinder upgrade for BD-1. This useful upgrade gives BD-1 the ability to spray volatile Koboh Matter, which can be ignited by lasers to clear Koboh Matter obstacles. Players will get the Koboh Grinder to upgrade while exploring Koboh’s Devastated Settlement region in the main story, and luckily the Chamber of Ambidexterity is also located in this area.
How To Find The Chamber of Ambidexterity In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
The best starting point for finding the Chamber of Ambidexterity is the Grand Courtyard meditation point in Koboh’s Stone Spires region. Players can find the Chamber by walking to the left, facing away from the Grand Courtyard building, and looking down off the cliff edge. There should be a giant cube here, and on the cliffside next to it, there’s a small path that leads to the Chamber of Ambidexterity.
This should give players a better idea of where to go, but it’s still hard to reach. Unlike the other Jedi Chambers, the solution to the Chamber of Ambidexterity’s puzzle actually lies outside the Chamber itself. Therefore, players must complete some extra steps before heading to the Chamber.
How To Solve The Chamber of Ambidexterity In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Players should grab the nearby Relter and glide across the lava to the area shown on the map above. This area is located directly opposite the Grand Courtyard and has a purple laser that players used earlier to ignite some Koboh Matter. It’s also home to a couple of Bedlam Raiders fighting some of Koboh’s hostile local wildlife. Eliminate any enemies that might have respawned and grab control of the purple laser.
Aim the laser at the spot shown in the image above. It’s challenging to be accurate due to the steam, but players should be able to spot the giant cube and the ledge. Once the laser is in the right position, grab a Relter and glide over to the Chamber, using the updrafts from the magma to gain height.
Once Cal has landed, players should spot the purple laser beam on the ground nearby and a small cave that leads into the Chamber of Ambidexterity. There are three enemies here, including a BX commando droid and two B1 melee battle droids. The B1 droids are hidden behind a doorway inside the chamber and will attack Cal by swinging at him as he enters the main room.
Once the droids have been scrapped, players should use BD-1’s Koboh Grinder to spray Koboh Matter from the laser down the tunnel and towards the Koboh Matter on the wall to the left.
This should burn away the Koboh Matter, allowing Cal to claim an Essence containing the Ambidexterity Perk. With the Perk equipped, players will find that shooting targets temporarily increases Cal’s lightsaber damage. This makes it an essential Perk for players who love Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s Blaster Stance.
