Other Places You’ve Seen the Actors Before

Entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe is a huge step for any actor, and with the reputation the franchise has, it is not surprising that many young and upcoming actors are looking to make their big break in the industry here. Marvel has been creating new and exciting projects to move the franchise along after Avengers: Endgame. One of those projects happens to be the series, Ms. Marvel. Captain Marvel made her long-awaited debut in 2019 and this extension of the “Marvel” universe should be a must-watch for any MCU fan.

The show follows a young girl named Kamala, played by Iman Vellani, who feels like she does not fit in, like an outsider. With her undying love for superheroes in full force, Kamala is shocked to see herself acquire the powers she has long admired and the task of becoming a hero herself. This new generation of Marvel heroes is like a breath of fresh air. With the new film, The Marvels coming to the big screen later this year, let’s check out the cast of Ms. Marvel and where you may have seen the cast before.

Iman Vellani

Disney Platform Distribution

At just 20 years old, the star of Ms. Marvel, Iman Vellani, has taken the Marvel entertainment world by storm. As much as MCU loves to bring in every big-name actor into its cinematic universe like a weird rite of passage, the introduction of new and upcoming talent is just as refreshing for the franchise.

Vellani makes her acting debut as the star of Ms. Marvel and she could not be more perfect. Although we don’t get material prior to the release of the Marvel series, it is time to look out for the future projects including The Marvels, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, and Avengers: Secret Wars.
