General Dynamics (GD) Appoints Charles W. Hooper to its Board
The board of directors of General Dynamics (NYSE:) elected Charles W. “Hoop” Hooper to be a director of the corporation, effective today.
Hooper, age 65, is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General who previously served as Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, where he oversaw the execution of
Hooper serves as a Senior Counselor for the Cohen Group and is affiliated with the National Bureau of Asian Research, the Atlantic Council and the Council on Foreign Relations. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and serves on the board of directors for UL Solutions as well as the board of trustees for the National WWII Museum in
