Kirara is the first Dendro character hailing from Inazuma in Genshin Impact, with a character build focused on her Elemental Skill. She is a happy-go-lucky Youkai, or Nekomata, who delivers packages throughout Inazuma. Her kit scales off her Max HP and involves a shielded Dendro rampage across the battlefield in her Urgent Neko Parcel form.

When Kirara holds her Elemental Skill, rather than just dealing AoE Dendro DMG and forming a shield, Kirara turns into a delivery box stylized like a cat, maintaining her shield and bounding about with increased speed.
