Although the Drow leader Minthara is often met as an enemy within Baldur’s Gate 3, you actually have a chance to romance this dangerous woman if your character can go along with her ideas. Unlike many other relationships, Minthara does not accompany your party. This interesting dynamic makes her romance delicate, with more chances to make mistakes.
Minthara becomes interested in your character depending on the amount of Approval she has for you.
