Winston-Salem, N.C.-based healthcare provider Novant Health is partnering with Pennsylvania-based behavioral health company NeuroFlow to provide extended mental health services to its patients and team members.Â
NeuroFlow’s cloud-based platform allows healthcare providers to track, assess and connect with patients between traditional office visits. The company also offers AI-driven clinical decision support with individualized recommendations for next steps for patients, educational content, mood and sleep logs, journaling capabilities, and well-being screenings.Â
Through the partnership, Novant patients 13 years or older with depression will have access to NeuroFlow’s mental health resources and support around the clock. Novant’s team members will also be able to access NeuroFlow’s offerings for self-care management.Â
“Our partnership with NeuroFlow gives patients grappling with mental and behavioral health needs continuous access to a digital toolbox, and–most importantly–they can be monitored by a Novant Health physician who can provide additional support and intervention,” Dr. Ashley Perrott, senior physician executive for Novant Health’s Community Health and Wellness Institute, said in a statement.Â
