Clorox said parts of the company’s operations have been disrupted after the maker of cleaning products and other consumer goods identified unauthorized activity on some of its information-technology systems.

is coordinating with law enforcement and has engaged third-party cybersecurity experts to support its recovery and investigation, the company said in a securities filing.
Clorox said it has implemented workarounds for certain offline operations to keep servicing customers.
“However, the incident has caused, and is expected to continue to cause, disruption to parts of the company’s business operations,” Clorox said.
