Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the rose 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.42% or 12.40 points to trade at 524.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) added 2.10% or 7.10 points to end at 345.20 and Genmab (CSE:) was up 1.55% or 31.00 points to 2,033.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Demant A/S (CSE:), which fell 8.57% or 23.80 points to trade at 253.90 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:) declined 3.63% or 4.40 points to end at 116.70 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) was down 3.22% or 5.24 points to 157.60.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 101 to 44 and 11 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 3.04% or 2.46 to $78.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 2.98% or 2.54 to hit $82.64 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.91% or 18.15 to trade at $1,970.45 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.31% to 6.98, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 105.46.
