White trashes ‘clout chasing punk’ N3ON over Trump plot at UFC 296

Don’t expect to be welcome at Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) events if you plan on showing up to mess with former President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

Trump has become a semi-regular VIP guest at UFC events, and was on hand at UFC 296 last night (Sat., Dec. 16, 2023) to watch Colby Covington challenge Leon Edwards for the undisputed Welterweight title (watch his arrival here).

Not in attendance at the blockbuster event: YouTuber and Kick streamer N3ON (a.k.a. Rangesh Mutama), who had planned to confront Trump during the event inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Clearly, a terrible idea.

“Donald Trump and the secret service are going to be there, so here’s my plan, chat,” N3ON said during a pre-event stream. “You can clip this and foreshadow it in the future. What’s gonna happen is I’m gonna walk up, I’m gonna talk my s— to Trump, and then it’s going to be a very good experience. I’m gonna talk my s—, I don’t care if the secret service is there, I don’t give a f—, I’mma talk s—. So, it’s all good, it’s going to be a very good time. Very interesting.”

Unfortunately for N3ON, revealing his plans on social media led to someone sharing them with security / authorities in “Sin City.”

“Neon’s not allowed in,” someone in his entourage said in a follow up stream as he was headed to the show. “They dropped your name, specifically. They said N3ON is not allowed in. You specifically, so now I gotta talk to them about refunding my damn money.”

N3ON’s shenanigans were brought up at UFC 296’s post-fight press conference (watch it here), where Dana White savaged him.

“He said he was banned from the arena? No,” White said. “What happened is he said some stupid s— on Instagram and, he bought tickets so he wasn’t anywhere close. When you start saying stupid s— like that, yeah, you’re probably going to get busted up and thrown out of here. Making threats and talking dumb s—. Lookin’ for clout.

“I don’t care what he said,” White finished. “He’s this f—ing tall too, you know that? F—ing punk.”

N3ON has 700,000 YouTube subscribers and 200,000 Kick followers, which earned him an invite to a private Nelk Boys party the night before UFC 296. We have a feeling he won’t be as welcome in the Las Vegas scene after upsetting White, who has somehow managed to build himself a decent-sized niche inside the lucrative world of young social media influencers.

For better or worse.
