If you’ve found yourself puzzled by Phaedra Parks and her current relationship status, you’re not alone.
She joined Married to Medicine Season 10, despite not being married to medicine. At the time, there were rumblings that she was dating a doctor. Apparently, that fizzled out. She has since teased that there may be another physician in her life, but again, we’ve yet to see him on the show.
So, what’s really going on here, Phaedra? We now have some answers. Kinda.
Phaedra’s current relationship status
Phaedra recently opened up about her relationship status during an appearance on The Sherri Shepherd Show. Joined by Dr. Jackie Walters and Dr. Heavenly Kimes, the ladies dished about the drama-filled season of Married to Medicine. Of course, Sherri also had to ask about Phaedra’s love life.
Phaedra confirmed that before joining the cast of M2M, she had been dating a cardiologist. That fizzled out before the cameras started rolling for Season 10, and she teased that her M2M co-stars have been setting her up with other doctors ever since. She said that Heavenly practically “auctioned” her off.
“You’re going to see Heavenly and I doing a little double dating,” Phaedra teased of the remaining episodes of Season 10.
Later in the interview, Dr. Heavenly quipped that doctors “love” Phaedra. There’s just something about that attorney, mortician, and reality star combo that drives the MDs wild.
For now, it sounds like Phaedra is still dating around and meeting new people, thanks to the help of her co-stars. There’s nothing official, and Phaedra previously shared that labels aren’t really her thing anyway. She’ll probably never truly be “married to medicine.”
“I don’t think you have to put a label on something,” Phaedra shared in a recent M2M episode. “And I think for people who are high-income people, it’s too dangerous to get married.”
Watch Married to Medicine on Bravo, Sunday nights at 9/8c.
