What To Expect From The Night Agent Season 2
The Night Agent season 2 will likely explore the relationship between Peter and Rose Larkin (Buchanan), who were last seen parting ways. Aside from their characters, it was revealed that upcoming episodes will feature a new cast, suggesting a change in the story. The first installment contained several action sequences involving shoot-outs and car chases, so it’s worth wondering how amplified those kinds of scenes will be in The Night Agent season 2. Given the photos, audiences can expect Peter to be back on the ground, at the center of it all.
At the end of The Night Agent season 1, Basso’s character learned about his father, who considered working as a double agent and ultimately died from opposing forces. It changed his perception of the matter and left him wanting to know who was responsible. President Travers (Kari Matchett) then made Peter a Night Agent, and he set off on his first mission. Although not much is known about The Night Agent season 2, his change in position and new settings indicate that he may be on the move more often.
While
The Night Agent
is based on Matthew Quirk’s novel, no subsequent stories were published.
It will be interesting to see how Basso’s training comes into play for The Night Agent season 2. Considering how well season 1 performed on Netflix, there is plenty of anticipation surrounding what lies ahead for Peter and how he fares moving forward.
