On Summer House, Paige DeSorbo and Ciara Miller have stuck together. Happy to room as the good friends that they are. They got so comfortable lounging in bed and gossiping, that a certain notoriety emerged about their lack of initiative.
The premier episode of many such reality TV shows involves the exciting occurrance of picking rooms and potential roommates. Naturally, it sets the tone, potentially, for the rest of the season.
But things are different on Season 8. Paige scored the most coveted space after making the case that she’s shared a room since joining the show in Season 3. Now, she holds court with her squad against the backdrop of that distinctive headboard in the primary bedroom. But how did she find the experience over the course of the summer?
Paige felt like the “sacrificial” one when it came to sharing rooms
During an Amazon Live appearance on February 22, the fashion contributor revealed that instead of being stoked with finally having her privacy, “a very different thing happened.”
“There was no fight, there was no struggle,” Paige explained. “Everyone picked their own rooms. Everyone was allowed to have their own room this year. And let me add, that I have been on the show for six years and never once have I had my own room, I have always had to share with someone.”
Paige is “easy going” on the matter of having a room mate, and as such put herself up as the “sacrificial” cast mate.
So if there’s not like, available rooms, it’s always known that I’m easy going and will share a room,” the Bravolebrity added. Paige admitted that having “no one to gossip with” or lounge around with was, “honestly a little lonely.”
It’s worth noting that the Hamptons house that the show films in was “rezoned” to give six cast members their own rooms.
