Love Is Blind season 6 has been full of new couples that have interesting connections, but Brittany and Kenneth’s relationship may have been broken apart too soon for the couple to truly see if they would’ve worked together. While Brittany was hopeful she’d find someone to spend her life with on Love Is Blind season 6, her expectations going into the pods were somewhat low. Kenneth, who is somewhat younger than Brittany, was open to the idea of marriage and felt positive about his prospects for a relationship. Though their expectations were somewhat mismatched, the couple connected in the pods.

Brittany and Kenneth got engaged during their time in the pods, addressing some serious issues head-on before they jumped into an engagement. Upon meeting, Brittany and Kenneth were somewhat surprised by the way the other looked. With emotion flooding both of them, the couple seemed happy to embrace and start their time together as a genuine engaged couple. When they got to the honeymoon, however, things changed drastically. Within the course of a few weeks, Brittany and Kenneth’s relationship had crumbled, leaving Love Is Blind season 6 viewers confused about how they’d decided to get together in the first place.

Brittany & Kenneth Had Never Been In An Interracial Relationship

Brittany and Kenneth’s relationship was a first for both of them, as neither had dated outside of their race in the past. Connecting on their values and past experiences, Brittany and Kenneth broached the topic of race while they were still in the pods together. Both shared they’d never dated outside of their race, which was something Kenneth was worried would turn Brittany away from him. She reassured him it wasn’t something she cared about, and though it didn’t appear to be a problem for the couple, it was something that came up more often than necessary.

Brittany Did Not Have “Crave” For Kenneth

While the couple were doing the best they could to connect on a more physical level after getting engaged in the pods, their time together was rarely, if ever, more physical than emotional. By the time the couple returned to North Carolina, Brittany felt the need to bring up the disconnect she felt with her fiance. While Kenneth was also feeling the disconnect, she made it clear that she wasn’t sure about how to move forward. She shared that she didn’t “crave” Kenneth the way she expected to, and he was happy she acknowledged their lack of physical attraction.

Brittany Did Not Give The Relationship Enough Time

Although both Kenneth and Brittany weren’t feeling much of a connection on Love Is Blind season 6, the couple were still working through some of their bigger issues when Brittany chose to end their relationship. Kenneth, who appeared like he also wanted to end their relationship, was struggling to comprehend what made Brittany so quick to quit on them. Brittany may have felt firm in what she was feeling, but the fact that she chose to end their relationship so soon didn’t allow her to figure out if she could find a level of comfort with Kenneth.

Kenneth Did Not Fight For Brittany

Although Kenneth was the one who was broken up within the relationship, his time with Brittany wasn’t something he chose to fight for after she broke things off. While Kenneth seemed to be more interested in letting the relationship go, he shared that he would be open to trying to make things work with Brittany before they called it quits. Unfortunately for the Love Is Blind season 6 star, he didn’t wind up fighting for his relationship with Brittany, which ultimately ensured they’d be single by the end of the experiment.
