The Rainbow State has even come out on top of a study to find the best place worldwide to find rainbows. The abundance of rainbows here is due to its longitudinal location, while, just like in Ireland, there is a cultural significance to rainbows acting as pathways connecting the sky and earth. It seems that for visitors who make the trip to Hawaii, the likelihood of seeing a rainbow is quite high.
