Lee Zeldin Cancels Millions in Wasteful DEI Contracts, Reveals Shocking Amount of Money Spent on ‘Media Contracts’ After Stopping Biden EPA’s ‘Gold Bar’ Heist | The Gateway Pundit

EPA Chief Lee Zeldin

Lee Zeldin, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said he cancelled more wasteful DEI and “environmental justice” contracts saving another $60 million.

This is why the left is attacking DOGE and using lawfare to shut down Elon Musk’s agency.

On Saturday Lee Zeldin said he canceled an additional $600,000 in media subscriptions.

Earlier this week Lee Zeldin provided an update to the money wasted on Biden’s watch in response to undercover video posted by Project Veritas in December.

As previously reported, an EPA advisor was exposed in a Project Veritas undercover video admitting that the agency rushed to allocate billions of taxpayer dollars to climate change initiatives just before President Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Brent Efron, a special advisor at the EPA and instrumental in implementing Biden’s climate agenda, spoke to a Project Veritas operative about the rush to disburse funds two months before Trump’s inauguration.

“Now it’s how to get the money out as fast as possible before they [Trump Administration] come in … It truly feels like we’re on the Titanic or throwing gold bar off the top edge.,” Efron said.

Under the Biden administration’s Inflation Reduction Act, which Efron referred to as “Biden’s climate law,” over $100 billion was allocated for various environmental projects.

“Fortunately, my awesome team at the EPA has found the gold bars. Shockingly, roughly $20 billion of your tax dollars were parked at an outside financial institution by the Biden EPA. This scheme was the first of its kind in EPA history and it was purposely designed to obligate all of the money in a rush job with reduced oversight,” Zeldin said.

It gets worse.

Zeldin said the $20 billion was “awarded to just 8 entities that were then responsible for doling out your money to NGOs and others at their discretion with far less transparency. Just under $7 billion was sent to one entity called the Climate United Fund.”
