On Monday, Elon Musk’s DOGE revealed the federal government didn’t trace $4.7 trillion in payments.
$4.7 trillion dollars in payments were left blank, making it nearly impossible to trace, DOGE said.
“The Treasury Access Symbol (TAS) is an identification code linking a Treasury payment to a budget line item (standard financial process),” DOGE explained in a post on X.
“In the Federal Government, the TAS field was optional for ~$4.7 Trillion in payments and was often left blank, making traceability almost impossible. As of Saturday, this is now a required field, increasing insight into where money is actually going. Thanks to US Treasury for the great work,” DOGE said.

President Trump and Elon Musk previously announced DOGE will cut $1 trillion from the deficit this year.
Rather than focusing on the price of driving the Beast around a racetrack, why aren’t democrats outraged about this? Establishment swamp monsters are fighting tooth and nail to stop DOGE from pulling back the curtain on the fraud.
