30 Best Movies On Max Right Now (March 2025)



The best movies on Max include not only the best Warner Bros. movies but also a ton of other films that make it one of the best destinations for entertainment in the streaming world. In April 2025, Max will add several major movies and TV shows to the service, including the award-winning Aftersun, the classic comedy Friday, Nicole Kidman’s critically acclaimed 2024 movie Babygirl, the original Terminator, and the second season of the video game adaptation The Last of Us.

In some new HBO Max news concerning its upcoming Harry Potter streaming series, the streamer has chosen Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead) to play Hagrid (via Deadline). Max will also add a new music documentary to its already impressive library this summer, with Billy Joel: And So It Goes (via Media Play News). However, not all news is good, as Max has canceled Sex Lives of College Girls after just three seasons (via Variety).
