Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards has her own reality show. The series, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, focuses on her marriage, family, and chaotic life at home. Her husband, Aaron Phypers, is front and center, along with Denise’s daughters: Sami Sheen, Lola Sheen, and Eloise Richards. As Denise will tell you, it’s not easy raising teenagers.

Bravo fans will see plenty of familiar faces guesting in Denise’s new show, including Camille Grammer, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Kathy Hilton, and Garcelle Beauvais. Plus, we get to see how Denise and her husband of almost seven years, Aaron, work as a couple. So, how do they keep their marriage healthy?
“I always say it’s never balanced. It is what it is. I was raised in Illinois. My kids were raised in Hollywood,” Denise told The Daily Dish. “We still have a lot of the same issues that many parents have and I think that with Aaron and I, we don’t try to change each other. We respect each other.”
Denise continued, “We like being with each other. He’s my best friend too and we just really enjoy each other’s company.” The actress added, “I tell every couple, especially with kids, if you could just do one night, at least a month, where you have a staycation where you can shut down and be with just each other. I think that helps so much with marriages or couples who have children.”
And this couple makes romance a priority. “It’s just nice to have that time with each other and romance and reconnect,” Denise stated. However, one hurdle that Denise and Aaron are facing is legal action over a business loan that Aaron defaulted on in 2022. Denise’s husband, Aaron, works at a holistic healing center, using frequency medicine to help patients.
Well, it seems like Denise and Aaron are otherwise in a happy space, and I love that!
