Ciara, the most proud momma in the world, just so happened to alert the whole online community of hers celebrating the 11th birthday of her firstborn son. On social media, the singer and mother of three shared a heartfelt message about the kind of love, kindness, and joy the little boy has brought to their family.

Ciara posted: ‘Future, my first born! The BIG 11! I watch you in amazement as you navigate your way through this world as a precious young boy! You are an incredible big brother and son that anyone could hope for! I thank the Lord every day for a praying, loving, compassionate, and intelligent son! Happy birthday sunshine! We love you sooo much!’ Some photo meant to be the icing on the cake—one of those photos that captured the bright smile of the birthday boy that got everybody talking.
Well, the online world had just previously gotten behind it. Floods of comments poured forth with love and birthday wishes along with admiration for the young man growing up. Dameon Traylor wrote in one comment, “I’m so happy for you Ciara, Little Future is becoming a young man.” Another added, “Whew! Time sure does fly… Future growing up right in front of our eyes; a wonder to watch him become a teenager.”
That was pretty much what Cheryl_barbz25 said while she was lamenting, “Awww he’s 11 years old already wow! Happy birthday Future, more blessings to you.” AyoShan_ also commented about the resemblance between the mother and son, saying: “Definitely has your smile.”
Then the sweet stuff was over, and it went downhill from there. There were even comments about what kind of child Future was turning into. ItsMeMsTrish said, ‘So handsome… so intelligent… with wonderful manners and kindness… and he may be another Deion Sanders and play two sports.’ While SincerelyNacole joined in hailing Ciara and Russell as great parents: ‘Russ & Ci are great parents. I love witnessing your mannerisms you share like your Daddy-Russ.’
There weren’t no rainbows for all comments, though. A sarcastic shot from the comment pool went: ‘Just another mud brick in the wall of privilege & wealth.’ But let’s be real—that energy was drowned out by the overwhelming love pouring in for the birthday boy.
The international love was not missed. Lilinhapink wished, in Portuguese, “Happy Birthday, Future!” That’s some intense family love stretching across borders.
This is not the only time that Ciara has publicly celebrated her children; she is the renowned mother who also shares tender moments of each of her children, including daughter Sienna and son Win. There is, however, something about seeing the firstborn hit double digits that Ciara just nailed.
Future, having transitioned into pre-teenage land, definitely has a village of support behind him-from celebrity parents themselves, to aunties and uncles, and plenty of well-wishers. Judging by the comments, he sure shines bright already.
