An inescapable Instagram video by the rapper, captioned “Hottie Cam in thee MET GALA 👀😏,” gave the audience a glimpse of what was never meant to be seen-before-the-curtains. Really, the internet was stunned all at once.

That now-viral clip saw Megan and Doechii butterball-cursing the food in all its unedited awkwardness. Doechii, fairly simply, says, “It’s pretty,” referring to the setup, and Megan shoots back with, “It’s funny looking,” and the whole internet cracked up. But wait for it: Megan admits that she snuck her phone inside, which is basically the cracked-down-against rule of this so-called high-profile event.

At the end of the day, whether sneaking phones into high fashion events or just being her hilariously spontaneous self, she knows just how to keep the internet fed, both literally and figuratively.
