continues to deliver exactly what many action movie fans are looking for with its latest foray into the genre, which is streaming on the platform now. Taking its cues from the beloved Liam Neeson-led action thriller Taken, but with more twists and turns, Exterritorial
follows a former soldier with a violent past who finds herself taking on the system when her son mysteriously goes missing. The reviews for Exterritorial have now started to emerge, and it certainly sounds like the streamer has another action movie hit on their hands…

The rest of the cast includes Lera Abova (Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin), Kayode Akinyemi (Vikings: Valhalla), Annabelle Mandeng (Unknown), Samuel Tehrani (Runny Dry), Jeremy Schuetze (Jennifer’s Body), Kris Saddler (Adult Material), and Nina Liu (Little Fish). ‘Exterritorial’ Is a Thrilling “Set-’Em-Up-Knock-’Em-Down” Action Outing
Decider’s John Serba calls Exterritorial “a rock-solid, entertaining thriller.” Which is often exactly what you need. Meanwhile, Archi Sengupta of LeisureByte.com awarded the action thriller a near-perfect score of 4/5, saying, “Exterritorial is an enjoyable and entertaining action film with fantastic performances.”
Jonathon Wilson of Ready Steady Cut continues these sentiments, declaring that Exterritorial is “a set-’em-up-knock-’em-down action movie with an impressive degree of craft,” with Karina “ScreamQueen” Adelgaard of Heaven of Horror concluding that, “If you’re in the mood for a solid mystery thriller with great action scenes and a plot that should keep you guessing” Exterritorial is a must-see.
While Casey Chong of Casey’s Movie Mania did praise the cast, they found fault with Exterritorial’s “clunky exposition” and how the story progresses. But ultimately, it sounds like Exterritorial is well worth a watch for fans looking for a gripping action thriller on a Friday night, with Alix Blackburn of tom’s guide saying, “What “Exterritorial” lacks in narrative surprises, it more than makes up for in its action sequences and tension-building. There’s plenty to enjoy in this action-thriller, especially if you’re in the mood for a fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping ride.”
