In Barbados, King Harris, as they say, was living it up and shouting it out to the world. Armed with his fishing narratives, the self-dubbed ‘Next King’ took to social media; the hilarious captions read: ‘W STREAM 😂😂😂 WE CAUGHT US SUM TODAY IN BARBADOS 😎 I won by catching more for the haters‼️’. The internet was surely not going to let that pass without critique.

So, the clip showed King proudly presenting his catch while his brother, Domani, held a much larger catch. And, oh, how the internet exploded! One user nailed it by saying, ‘Domani caught a meal and King caught a snack 😂😂’, and the comments poured in with similar roasts. Another chimed in, ‘King his 🐟 small 😂😂’, meaning, no further mercy.
Genuine King vibes smoked off all the jokes and even enhanced his vanity. That reverberated with so many followers that one said, ‘King really? 😂😂😂😂 you’re so funny 😂 you don’t give a crap and we the people love you for it.’ This then led to full-scale celebration of sibling rivalry when another observer chimed: ‘The world always gotta way of reminding lil bro..who lil bro actually is. With that, fishing took an upside turn in the comment section for humor. Another commenter noted, ‘Plot twist……. Nevertheless, not all had shared in the love. One hater looked for any opening to attack the King with ‘That little boy is so dumb😂…. Smh least he got money though 🤷.’ The defenders wasted no time coming back with ‘that wasn’t even necessary!! Next time keep scrolling hater’ and ‘such a weird thing for you to say ab a stranger, jealous much.’
Amidst all the jokes and jabs, what really shone was the positive energy on the post. Several people commented on how the video made them smile; one said, ‘This makes me smileeeeeeee 😂😂😂😂😂 I love yall,’ while another fan said, ‘I love the brotherly bond 😍🔥🔥🔥 fish sticks for everyone 😂🔥.’
But, at the end of the day, King proved what basically everyone already knew: He can take a joke and keep it light. Now, whether or not he is any good at fishing (the evidence suggests mostly not), he’s now slaying the social media game. The post got hundreds of responses, further proving that sometimes it’s really not about the size of your catch but the fun you have while doing it. Clearly, judging from the responses, King and Co. had loads of fun.

The fish-eat-in-Barbados bit is pretty much done, but the memes and jokes will stay in the annals of Internet lore. King may want to just stick with Twitch streaming (conveniently hyped up in his caption), but I have a feeling the people would love to see more fishing content, maybe with some bigger fish next time.
