And then there were five. On the Tuesday, July 8 episode of Love Island USA, newly closed-off couple Taylor Williams and Clarke Carraway were booted from the island after receiving the fewest votes from America. Their exit leaves five couples still in the running for the $100,000 prize. Some couples have more history than others, but it is still anyone’s game. The finale is less than a week away, meaning viewers have limited time to decide which couple they want to cast their vote for. We decided to get in on the action and compile a list ranking the Season 7 final couples.
Love Island Season 7 Week 6 rankings
Viewers have mixed feelings about the couples left in the Villa. Many of the couples are fairly new, meaning they are rushing to build a connection before time runs out. Unlike previous seasons, there is not a day one couple that feels like a shoo-in for the win. The couple with the most history, Chelley Bissainthe and Ace Greene, have received criticism from fans for their treatment of certain islanders, muddying their road to victory. Let’s take a look at the final couples and predict who has the best shot at winning.
5. Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley

Huda Mustafa formed a connection with Chris Seeley during Casa Amor. Initially, Chris was interested in Chelley, but later opted to pursue Huda after a few exchanges. The public rallied behind the new couple, especially when some islanders questioned Chris’s intentions. Fans were happy Huda found a patient man, who constantly reassures her and validates her emotions. If I were writing this a week ago, Huda and Chris would be much higher on my list, but unfortunately, the romance has taken a turn for the worse. It appears to me that Huda is self-sabotaging the relationship, and Chris is starting to pull away. It’s not looking good for this couple.
4. Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe

Olandria Carthen chose to couple up with Nic Vansteenberghe after his match, Cierra Ortega, left the Villa due to a personal matter. Fans thought it was merely a friendship pairing, but (thankfully) we were wrong. The two expressed that they are attracted to each other and open to a romantic connection. Fans have been manifesting this pairing since Week 1, so I wouldn’t be too surprised to see them in the finale. There is definitely something more than friendship between them.
3. Iris Kendall and Pepe Garcia

Iris Kendall and Pepe Garcia endured heartbreak in the Villa. Both parties had their connection abruptly end thanks to an elimination twist, leaving them solo in the Villa. The two supported each other after losing their people and developed a strong friendship. Recently, they decided to see if there is more than friendship between them. They exchanged a passionate kiss and are slowly building their connection. I wouldn’t be surprised if they pulled out a win.
2. Ace Greene and Chelley Bissainthe

Honestly, I did not know where to place Chelley and Ace on this list. They started at #2, then I moved them to #4, then #5, then back to #2. Here’s the thing. The public has some reservations about them, but I would be amiss to ignore that they have the strongest connection in the Villa. They have the most history and the most time spent together. That has to count for something, right? The general public isn’t their biggest fan right now, so I don’t know if they have a real shot to win. But they probably should.
1. Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales

The public would probably vote Amaya Espinal to win even if she were paired with the devil, but thankfully, Bryan Arenales is an upstanding citizen, or as Amaya would say, “a mature civilian.” The two built a connection pretty recently, but fans love how sweet Bryan is to our girl. They seem really happy, and they are already talking about life outside the Villa. Their connection is new, but it seems like the real deal.
