The DWTS alum created a wave of puppy fever with the stunning footage of Ruby going all out on the Superman movie premiere, shared on Instagram. The very short little treat is Ruby soaking up all the glory at her “first big movie premiere,” in Farber’s words, and one could say that she might have taken some limelight away from the actual superheroes.

The Ruby tape starts with the pygmy star literally jumping for the camera and hopping into the front seat of what Farber has so highly deemed the “Ruby mobile.” Every superhero needs an escape, right?! Then, the scene shows Ruby at the premiere being treated like the real guest of honor-part of the act, she gets her caricature done, and sits through a whole movie without a bathroom break! Talk about commitment!
“Ruby at her first big movie premiere, she had the time of her life and hasn’t stopped talking about Krypto since!!” were Farber’s words, throwing a shout-out to the dog of Superman. Farber also thanked Milkbone and Warner Bros for the invite and encouraged everyone to see the Superman movie in theaters.
And from there, the comments section turned into the Ruby fan club. One raved, “You are such a star, Ruby!” Another one exclaimed, “Ruby is the queen and she knows it.” Lots of people were commenting about that little cape, some saying, “This is so cute look at the little cape!! Ruby is living her best life.”
“The professionalism” really hit the spot for many viewers. “I just love the professionalism” was one comment that referred to Ruby sitting through the entire film. Another fan went beyond that and said, “Get that bag Ruby!” Acknowledging the presence of obvious star power.
There was an impressive number of people commenting about the special bond between Farber and his four-legged co-star. “Wow, what a day for both of you,” one commenter remarked, then added, “This is what happens when u are the best dog dad.” Another simply said, “She is daddy’s girl,” and looking at the video, that’s 100% true!
Even fellow DWTS alum Hayley Erbert weighed in with, “Ruby is the cutest thing ever,” displaying that puppy love does transcend dance rivalries.
Giving major “doggo living better than me” vibes, the video revealed to the viewers that Ruby received the full-blown celebrity treatment: photo ops, caricatures, and maybe unlimited Milkbone treats by the bucketful. At one point, Farber jokes that the cameraman must have thought Ruby was “crypto,” which… fairly enough, because she has nailed that influencer energy.
While over the course of viewing, the comments mostly sang praises of Ruby’s irresistible charm; a few eagle-eyed fans did notice the absence of a particular someone among the grand premiere festivities. One person asked, “Outshone by the Puppers and yeah where was Grinchy?” clearly referring to Farber’s other dog. Perhaps next time, he’ll get to enjoy a double feature!
