Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko were once head over heels in lust with each other, as seen on Love Thy Nader Episode 1. However, her family was not exactly on board with this now-defunct pairing. In their opinion, this relationship moved far too quickly. Likewise, Gleb exhibited a few red flags, which they did their best to make Brooks realize during the debut episode of her new series.
Brooks and her now ex-husband, Billy Haire, divorced in 2024. Following their split, this Sports Illustrated swimsuit model appeared on Dancing with the Stars Season 33. Her partner was Gleb, and their chemistry was off the charts. Even still, they came in ninth place.
After, Brooks and her three equally stunning sisters landed in a sweet spot, scoring a new reality television series based in New York City. Nonetheless, as Episode 1 of Love Thy Nader aired, we learned that her sisters were less than thrilled about Gleb. Additionally, their father had several concerns as well. But, luckily for them, Brooks and Gleb have since parted ways.
Love Thy Nader Episode 1 exposed the Nader family’s worries about Brook and Gleb Savchenko’s romance
During Love Thy Nader Episode 1, Brooks briefly spoke about her first marriage to Billy. Then, in the same breath, she compared her old partner with her new, saying, “I was with him until I was 27, and [I went] from that to the hottest guy I’ve ever seen in my entire life. We have the craziest, wildest sex ever.”
Gleb felt the same, noting that he was ready to “get married” to Brooks. “I love you so much. I want to live together,” he stressed.
Back on Brooks, a later scene saw her trying to win over her on-the-fence sisters, explaining, “He dotes on me. He worships me!” Meanwhile, Gleb was also facing hurdles with her father, who appeared during Episode 1 to voice his similar hesitations over this pairing. However, getting his approval felt “harder than getting the U.S. visa,” Gleb joked.
In response to all of their doubters, Brooks explained that her family members were just being protective. But Gleb need not worry, because Brooks just knew that they would “always work out, unless you do something horrible,” she wisecracked. “Or you do something,” Gleb responded, smugly remarking that he did not need “an approval” to do anything with Brooks.
Brook’s sisters weren’t convinced by Gleb’s “love bombing”
Starring alongside Brooks on Love Thy Nader are her three sisters, Sarah Jane Nader, Grace Ann Nader, and Mary Holland Nader. All three of these siblings share one common thought: Gleb is not the one for Brooks. As soon as Brooks revealed that this man might “indefinitely” move into their shared, humble abode in New York City, they let their concerns fly.
“I think since day one, it’s a very hot and heavy relationship,” Mary Holland began. But Brooks interrupted her, asking, “So? That’s hot and sexy.”
Pressing on, Mary Holland explained, “I feel like you’re just so blinded by love, which is love bombing. The victim of love bombing is blinded.” When Brooks argued back, reminding her sister that Gleb “worships the ground she walks on,” Mary Holland replied, “It sounds like all of those things that he’s doing are just so that he can get in your circle.”
“He’s in my circle. He was in me day one!” Brooks overshared.
Later, her sister Grace Ann clocked in, saying, “I think there are a lot of things we don’t know about him, and there are a lot of rumors. I think that there are some red flags that we need to dig a little deeper into.” Rounding out her thoughts, Grace added, “I don’t trust this dancer.”
So, what can a gaggle of girls do in times like these? Well, in Episode 2, they went through his phone, of course. Within, Brooks and her sisters found tons of images of boobs, plus a contact named “Threesome girl, Joshua Tree.” Cue Sarah Jane, quipping that Gleb “probably wanted a sister threesome.”
Gleb denied any wrongdoing. Now, the girls and their camera crews are off to recover from this mess in Miami.
Brook’s dad also had his concerns
Like his daughters, Breaux Gardner Nader also cringed at the fast pace of this relationship. During Love Thy Nader Episode 1, this father traveled to NYC to support Brooks on the launch of her latest project, a collab with Hudson Jeans. But when his daughter and Gleb started making out while straddling each other, Breaux died a little on the inside. He then remarked that their public showings of affection were “a little bit over the top.”
“Follow our example,” Breaux guided, referring to his public interactions with his wife. “You know, we may hold hands a little bit, but that’s about it.” And, if Gleb wanted his blessing, he had to meet their entire family in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her grandparents must also approve, Breaux explained.
Later, Gleb recalled this conversation, telling Brooks that her father was “a little cold. I kind of felt attacked for one second,” he admitted.
Sometimes, a father might know best. In April, Brooks and Gleb parted ways. Regardless, Gleb is “not a cheater.” Or so he explained in a later interview.
Instead, Gleb is “a family guy. I’m not a f*ck boy who goes around and goes on all these dates. I’m not even on dating apps.”
