The French artist exhibited her incredible fitness and powerful fighting skills in a recent sparring session shared on social media. She sports a military print sports bra paired with matching pants.
In the video shared on Instagram, Sophie Brussaux kept her boxing gloves and padding intact as she launched continuous kicks and punches upon her opponent without taking a break. The person recording the video can be heard making live commentary, encouraging the 36-year-old, who was focused on the sparring session.
Towards the end, Brussaux landed one powerful kick on her opponent before fist-bumping with their gloves in a show of good sportsmanship. She shared the video with the caption: “Wednesday sparring, merci @ryanndupoire, @adel_.2005, @benomvirtucio and @vrtumuaythai (lowkey proud to headkick 1m95 tall Adel — who caught all my kicks, but hey, they reach high).”
Notably, at the time of writing this article, Brussaux’s sparring video has earned 5,966 likes and 248 comments. Based on the Instagram video, it seems like she has been practicing Muay Thai.
Muay Thai is a traditional combat sport originating from Thailand. Furthermore, based on her other Instagram posts, the former adult film actress seems to enjoy this form of combat sport.
Drake and his ex Sophie Brussaux have now split up, but they share a warm relationship co-parenting their son. The rapper even dedicated a verse to her in his 2021 album Certified Lover Boy. It goes, “Co-parent of the year, we figured out a rapport.”
