The long-awaited Shahs of Sunset reboot is coming soon, and the word on the street is that we’re in for some major drama. With Reza Farahan, Mercedes “MJ” Javid, and Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi in the mix, that shouldn’t be too surprising, right? A source close to production recently teased what they have in store with the new show, The Valley: Persian Style, and it sounds like the Shahs didn’t waste any time getting back to their old, messy ways.
An insider spoke about what fans should expect from The Valley: Persian Style
An “insider” dished to OK! Magazine about the upcoming series. To be quite honest, we’re imagining this was just Reza calling up the publication from a burner phone. Whoever it was, they promised the new show would be “loaded with drama.”
“The new Shahs show is going to be a mix of what you loved in the past with new faces,” the source teased, adding that it will be “exciting for fans to watch.”
The source went on to say that The Valley: Persian Style had a “key difference” from other Bravo shows because the cast has “real-life relationships.” These aren’t just a bunch of randoms strung together by a casting team. Everyone has “known each other for years.”
“They hang out outside of the show, and they actually genuinely care about each other,” the insider continued. “Even when they’re having drama or fighting, it’s genuine… and when things are genuine, it’s always a bit more meaningful.”
There’s no word on a premiere date for The Valley: Persian Style. It will likely hit Bravo sometime in 2026. The source noted that filming has wrapped, so it’s probably only a matter of time before we get our first look at the new series.
Shahs of Sunset is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland while we wait for The Valley: Persian Style.
