Massachusetts Woman Charged with Threatening to Kill Federal Agents to Their Faces: ‘Charlie Kirk Died and We Love it! We’re Coming for You, Gonna Kill You!’ | The Gateway Pundit

A Massachusetts woman has been arrested and charged with threatening to murder federal agents who were assisting ICE in an immigration arrest outside a courthouse, to their faces.

Bethany Abigail Terrill, 37, of Malden, allegedly screamed death threats at the officers, including a reference to conservative icon Charlie Kirk’s assassination, while trying to physically interfere with the arrest.

The entire incident was reportedly captured on the officer’s body cameras.

In a press release about the incident, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts wrote:

It is alleged that Terrill physically interjected herself into the middle of agents while they were effecting an arrest. Terrill was allegedly verbally abusive, attempted to physically interfere with the arrest and ultimately made threatening statements to kill the federal officers on scene.

Specifically, Terrill allegedly approached the agents, screaming at and pushing through the agents to capture a video recording on her mobile telephone. It is further alleged that Terrill began screaming, “ICE is here, ICE is here,” “You guys are monsters, this is insane,” “Sir, what’s your name, what’s your name,” “I can try to help you,” and “I am an American civilian, I have a right to be here” as she continuously pushed into agents all while filming them.

Agents, who were identifiable by their badges, agency placards and clothing, told Terrill to “back up” several times. It is alleged that Terrill repeatedly attempted to push past the agents and failed to comply with any commands. Agents notified Terrill that she could be arrested if she continued to fail to comply with their requests to give them space to safely effect the arrest.

Despite repeated warnings to back off, Terrill escalated to direct threats.

“Charlie Kirk died, and we love it… We’re coming for you, gonna kill you,” Terrill shouted.

Terrill was charged with threatening a United States official, a felony carrying up to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Luke A. Goldworm of the Major Crimes Unit, with involvement from the FBI Boston Division and ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations.

Photos of Terrill, confirmed by multiple federal sources to Fox News, show her with extensive tattoos, including a prominent forehead design, dyed hair, and facial piercings.

This arrest comes amid a surge in violence and harassment against ICE agents.

As The Gateway Pundit has previously reported, DHS recently released a chilling voicemail threatening the wife of an ICE officer, part of a reported 1,000% spike in assaults on agents and their families.

Just last month, a grand jury indicted three women for stalking an ICE agent and doxxing his family in a politically motivated attack.

Earlier this month, two social media provocateurs were charged in Georgia for threatening to harm a federal agent and his wife.

DHS has condemned the escalating doxxing and threats, noting that misinformation and leftist agitation are putting officers at risk.
