‘The View’ Claims Republicans Are Afraid to Come on the Show, Conservatives Respond with Receipts

The Gateway Pundit reported on the ridiculous suggestion by the ladies of ‘The View’ that they’d like to have more Republicans on the show, but claimed Republicans are too scared to go on the show.

Unfortunately for their narrative, conservatives have the receipts and are embarrassing the gals across social media.

A transcript of the bizarre take via NewsBusters:

GOLDBERG: But that’s the great thing about The View, you know, we want people to come and give their views. And everyone who comes here, we try to be respectful, and we ask tough questions. We ask tough questions because we’re otherwise speculating.

SARA HAINES: Right.

GOLDBERG: So we can ask. Go ahead, Joy.

BEHAR: I was going to say that I think we should have more Republicans on the show, but they don’t want to come on. They’re scared of us. It’s like Marjorie Taylor Greene says that she finds the Republican men afraid of powerful women. Well, that may be true of all political persuasions, but if they would come on this show and they can explain to us what they’re trying to do to this country.

ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: And we have had some good ones. But like, I always think it’s helpful when we have like Ted Cruz, I think we should have. We’ve invited Mike Johnson. Thomas Massie has been super interesting.

Riley Gaines, a powerful conservative voice, noted,“When I was pitched to go on, they said no lol.”

Prolife advocate Lila Rose shared a similar experience as Gaines.

Radio host Clay Travis shared, Hey ⁦@JoyVBehar, here is our producer Ali emailing The View last July offering for us to come on as guests. We’re big fans. Look forward to the invite!”

Prolife advocate Kristan Hawkins challenged the ladies.

“So The View thinks conservative women won’t go on their show, because we are ‘scared’?”

“Challenge accepted. Pick a date and I’ll show up.”
