Batman has returned in an exciting new project, and it includes many of his most famous villains, with Two-Face having a surprising role in it. Harvey Dent is one of Batman’s most tragic villains. That was made clear by DC adaptations in the form of one of the best Batman movies — well, the best one — Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight.
Since Aaron Eckhart played Dent in the 2008 Batman movie, we have yet to see Two-Face full-on return in live-action movies. However, DC’s slate of projects has included the Batman villain in a few animated movies and TV shows. It is through that medium that Two-Face returns, with a unique take on the character appearing in Batman’s new TV show.
DC Has Revealed What Bat-Fam’s Two-Face Looks Like
Bat-Fam puts a stylized twist on the Bat-Family from DC Comics, which includes traditional Bat-Family members, reformed villains, and a vengeful ghost version of Ra’s al Ghul, all living together in Wayne Manor. Two-Face is not part of Bat-Fam‘s core cast of characters, but Harvey Dent does appear in the Prime Video series.
All 10 episodes of Bat-Fam are now streaming on Prime Video, and in episode 2, we get to see Two-Face and find out a major detail about this version of the character. As far as Two-Face’s design goes, Harvey Dent looks like fans would expect him to post-transformation into the Batman villain.
Two-Face has half of his face burned off, looking like a mix of a skull design and burnt flesh. The other half is normal, with Dent’s blonde hair showing. He also wears a suit that is divided into two styles. Additionally, we learn that Two-Face is no longer a villain, having been reformed, and has two young daughters: Judy and Trudy Dent.
How Bat-Fam’s Two-Face Compares To Other Versions Of The Batman Villain?
In terms of his design, Two-Face looks like most other versions of the character, given that his burnt face is a key part of his look. That said, the exact style of his burnt half varies greatly from project to project. Bat-Fam‘s Two-Face has a darker face that looks burnt by fire, not acid, and not colorful like some adaptations.
The two-style suit is also not new, with projects like Batman: Caped Crusader, Harley Quinn, Tommy Lee Jones’ Two-Face from Batman Forever, and more going for that design choice. As for Two-Face having two daughters, Judy and Trudy Dent are characters created for the series’ world, helping make Bat-Fam‘s version of Two-Face a fresh take on the Batman villain.
