If you were trying to save up your coins to buy Lea Black’s fabulous Hollywood Hills home, we’ve got some bad news for you. The Real Housewives of Miami star has already sold it. Someone is about to walk into 4.500 square feet of pure luxury, and they’re dropping some serious cash on it.
Lea Black’s Los Angeles home officially has a buyer
We first learned that Lea was looking to sell her Los Angeles home for around $7 million back in September. Her husband, Roy Black, had recently passed away, and it seemed like an effort to start a new chapter. Now, just a few months later, TMZ has confirmed that she has found a buyer for the house.
The property sold off-market for a whopping $6.6 million. That’s over a million dollars more than what she and Roy originally paid for it. She worked with two realtors from The Agency to make it happen.
There aren’t currently any details about who bought the house, but whoever it is, they’re about to be living like a true Hollywood A-lister. The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows show off sweeping views of Los Angeles, and of course, there’s a pool, a bar, and a chef’s kitchen. As if that’s not enough, Lea and Roy threw in a separate outdoor kitchen, a rose garden, and a barbecue grill designed by Porsche.
Although Lea has offloaded her Los Angeles home, she still has plenty of real estate under her belt. The former RHOM star and skincare guru also owns properties in Texas, and of course, she’s still got a mansion in Miami.
