Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami featured Alexia Nepola’s split from her husband, Todd Nepola. After Todd reportedly left their apartment and filed for divorce without any warning, Alexia was brokenhearted. However, she later decided to date her husband, to her bestie Marysol Patton’s dismay.
Meanwhile, Alexia took a step back from Todd, and the couple divorced. However, there were rumors that the duo was back together again. I guess Alexia and Todd reportedly just can’t quit each other. Recently, some reports have suggested that Todd and Alexia may have reconciled.
Could Alexia and Todd Nepola be back together?
During BravoCon, Alexia shared an update on her relationship with Todd. “We are speaking on terms. I prefer it that way because I like to be good with people,” Alexia explained. “Life is too short and fragile, and I like things to be good.”
Well, Alexia welcomed 2026 in Paris and shared a slideshow of snaps from her vacation. And Todd was nowhere to be seen. Alexia captioned her post, “Closing the year where the lights glow a little brighter. Paris. Ending the year full of gratitude. Ready for 2026.”
However, some sources claimed that Alexia was actually with Todd. Queens of Bravo shared a post via Instagram, with a photo of Alexia in Paris. “She was with Todd the entire time btw,” a source alleged. “We just got this DM from a *VERY* reliable source … where the cameras, ANDREW?? #RHOM,” the Queens of Bravo’s caption read.
In addition, Todd recently dismissed his $11 million lawsuit against Bravo. He sued the network for defamation, claiming that RHOM “crossed the line between entertainment and defamation” and made use of “manipulated storylines and unauthorized footage to falsely portray Todd as facing financial distress.” Plus, Todd dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice, so it can’t be refiled.
Did Todd dismiss the lawsuit to further his romance with Alexia? There are a lot of unknowns swirling around Todd’s decision and the couple’s alleged reconciliation.
