“Add in the vibrant energy of its modern cultural scene, and Tallinn quickly became one of my favourite European cities.”

The city has also been listed as one of the 34 best places to visit in Europe by Lonely Planet.

It adds: “Throw in delightful food and vibrant modern culture, and it’s no wonder Tallinn sometimes seems in danger of being loved to death, especially when the cruise ships dock.”
