NYC Alliance, a global player in branded and private-label apparel design and distribution, signed an 11-year lease for 50,000 square feet at LH Charney’s 1441 Broadway.
It will leave and expand next year from 1411 Broadway nearby, where it has only half as much space.
A team led by Lee & Associates’ Peter Braus represented the tenant. A Colliers team repped the landlord.
Braus said NYCA’s expansion “positions it for continued growth while strengthening its design, showroom and operational presence in the historic fashion corridor.”
Asking rents at 1441 Broadway start at over $60 per square foot.
