Bruno Mars has made the ‘The Romantic Tour’ concert series a reality, bringing forth Anderson .Paak (as DJ Pee .Wee), Leon Thomas, Raye, and Victoria Monet along with him. The tour is set to be staged initially in the North American and European continent, with presale starting as early as January 14. Nevertheless, the news has already triggered a very huge and immediate reaction from a large fan group, Brazil, which feels neglected.

The post was in fact just a succinct tour announcement plus a rose emoji. Yet, the comments section? It became a collective, passionate plea. Almost instantly the Brazilian flags and one question repeated many times dominated the thread. Where was their stop?

“E o Brasil @brunomars?” a user wrote, setting the tone. “And Brazil?” It was not merely a question but also the launch of a movement.

The same emotion was conveyed, paraphrased, and heard through hundreds of comments. “CADÊ O BRASIL??????” another user shouted. “FAZ ALGUMA COISA BRUNINHOOOOO.” The fans’ communication was very clear; not only they were disheartened but also organized, employing humor, tactics, and loudness to get the superstar’s attention.

Some took the initial exclusion as a positive thing. One fan stated laughingly, “Obrigada por deixar o Brasil para o final do ano… Teremos tempo de juntar dinheiro.” “Thank you for leaving Brazil for the end of the year… We’ll have time to save money.” That was a rational way of dealing with a perennial fan issue.

Others were already thinking of a long game. A user said, “Come in 2027 to Brazil then I’ll be financially ready!” “Input 2027 for Brazil; I’m then financially prepared!” The comment, which was met with a swarm of laughing-crying emojis and unanimous consent, highlighted the financial aspect of every visit to a global superstar.

A note of strategic optimism was detected in the chaos. A user, referencing a Brazilian saying that “Hasty people eat raw food,” expressed, “He is coming to Brazil… calm down.” The thought was nothing but patient, the days will come. Others mentioned that it is common for large tours to first announce South American legs separately, after the initial runs in North America and Europe.

However, the prevailing sentiment was one of love and loud, silly provocation mixed together. “Do not disappoint me, Mr. Bruninho,” a fan wrote with a pleading emoji. “Do not let me down, Mr. Bruninho.” Someone else simply said, “You can already pack your things and come here, I am not asking I am TELLING.” That is a firm “You can come here and stay, I’m not asking, I’m TELLING you.”

The entire Brazil felt like they were being listened to. One user astutely remarked, “If you see the comments, the majority are Brazilians.” It was a strong proof of Mars’s incredible popularity in the country.

Brazil’s demand was loud and clear; others just could not believe their luck with the artists. “Wow I got to go to this . Especially for the raye one,” wrote singer Natasha Bedingfield, highlighting the pull of the co-star Raye.

At this moment, ‘The Romantic Tour’ has launched the first phase of its tour. But if Bruno Mars and his band plan to uncover the places where the demand is silent but strong, they have the answer. Brazil’s message was sent as a massive wave complete with heart emojis, flag emojis, and an everlasting loving appeal. They are prepared, they are setting aside money, and they are totally confident that their turn will come on the romantic journey. This tour announcement reminds fans of other exciting projects, like the new thriller Run.
