One of the most powerful tracks in recent times is ‘Call The Cops,’ a collaboration between rap legends Xzibit, B-Real, and Demrick, which is also the first single from their album ‘Serial Killers.’ Hailed by some fans as the new track, Scoop DeVille was the one who produced the song, and it displayed both the fierceness of the artists in their classic form and their skillfulness in lyric storytelling. The release has incited a lot of noise among the hip-hop old-timers praising the track’s raw energy and Xzibit’s flawless delivery.

The word got out through the BREAL.TV page, and it came along with some lyrics which were full of life and not so nice. Lines such as “Buckshot, got you looking like a QR code” and a “billionaire submarine on the ocean floor” can be considered very effective since they have already created a pretty dark and fierce mood. The song is more than a mere composition; it is a statement from a group of artists representing the West Coast hip-hop coalition, who are now announcing that they are nowhere near done and are ever so active!

The response to the track was instant and almost unanimously positive from all sectors. One listener remarked that the song featured “one of the best X verses in my opinion,” and a lot of other people backed up his statement in their replies. The particular verse comparing the victim to a QR code after being shot seems to have had a very significant effect since a good number of the users were quoting it and even calling it fire. The image that the writer painted was indeed very powerful and affected many.

The video showing the music was very shocking and Xzibit’s new outfit, like the strange haircut, made some people say funny things. “Xzibit aka Popeye Saavedra,” one person said, likening the rap artist to a character from the film ‘Blood In, Blood Out.’ Another person only typed, “Hair is too funny Br,” and then put a bunch of laughing and fire emojis. This indicates that even through serious music, the artist’s character could come out.

Most people agree that the cooperation of the two artists has indeed brought back the old-school hip-hop atmosphere which was so desperately needed. A comment from Germany expressed such a wish: “The O.G.s are back to let the Hip-Hop-Movement lift up to the next golden era……This time shit will go platinum!!!” The thinking of some music lovers sees the album as more than just a song but also as a possible trigger for the genre revival with the old-timers at the forefront.

The strength of the song was acknowledged by all. One of the most over-the-top praises called the track “Absolutely fucking disgusting disrespectful and dangerous,” which in hip-hop means the highest praise. Another short but sweet one said “X to the Z is a bad man,” which is a classic tribute to Xzibit’s strong reputation. The enthusiasm was so high that even a user who only knew Portuguese was able to say that “this stuff is heavy” about the track in just a few words.

For Xzibit, this release is merely another blur in a career that has spanned music, TV, and film. Returning to his original musical roots, he has teamed up with B-Real from Cypress Hill and his longtime partner Demrick on the album ‘Serial Killers.’ The hard-hitting, no-holds-barred nature of ‘Call The Cops’ is his core style that turned him into a superstar, and it is the proof that sometimes styles just do not change no matter how much time goes by when they are delivered with genuine strength.

‘Call The Cops’ is a single that is unpretentious in its delivery of pure hip-hop from the proven champions. The loud cheers of the audience confirm the fact that the world is still very hungry for the dirty wordplay and overwhelming persona that Xzibit and B-Real have been the face of during the years. The album ‘Serial Killers’ has not yet revealed all its secrets but this single is nevertheless a strong statement that the veterans are back in the game to claim their crown with vigor.
