Sydney Sweeney’s dating preference is a man who can climb a mountain and go skydiving
In her conversation with Cosmopolitan, Sydney Sweeney answered questions about her type of man. She stated that she wants someone who is “Athletic and outgoing and funny. I’m a sporty girl, so someone needs to be able to climb a mountain with me, go skydiving with me. And someone who loves their family. I love myself a man…oh, wow, when you print that, you won’t hear the inflection in my voice,” Sweeney continued. The “Euphoria” star further added, “Look, I am a boss in my life. I take control. I go after what I want.”
The internet sensation also said, “I am confident, and I am successful, and I don’t actually need a man.” Sweeney explained she has got herself sorted, with “an incredible group of girlfriends”, and “a team of badass women.” The 28-year-old further shared that all of this “is very intimidating to a lot of guys.” As such, “a guy needs to be able to stand in that with me. It takes a very specific person who can handle the world that comes with me.” She continued, “There was a guy who I really, really liked, but he told me he can’t handle my world. It’s a hard thing.”
Previously, Sweeney expressed her desire to be with a partner with whom she can hang out 24/7. On being asked if she treasures space more now, the actor said, “Oh, no, I struggle with being alone. My mom, my friends are all like, ‘Sydney, you need to learn to love to be alone,’” she further revealed. Sweeney added, “I have a huge fear of being alone for the rest of my life, so I look for someone who will be my best friend.” She stated that she needs someone to “hang out with, talk to all the time, dream up things with, and work with.”
