How Many Does it Feed?

This weekly meal plan includes five dinners that each serve 4–6 people, depending on whether you’re feeding adults, kids, or a mix of both.

Why Should I Meal Plan?

Meal planning isn’t just about what’s for dinner. I do it to make life smoother and more enjoyable. Here’s why it works for me:

  • Less Stress: When I have the groceries in my fridge and know what I’m making for dinner, my day is so much less stressful!
  • More Variety: Planning ahead means you can mix things up and try new recipes. It gets you out of your dinner rut.
  • Family Time: Getting my family involved in cooking turns dinner into something we do together, from making the meal to cleaning it up.

Side Dishes for Dinner

My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
