Spencer Pratt is back in the headlines. This time, he is running for Mayor of Los Angeles. Of course, he is more widely known as the villain of The Hills and the husband of Heidi Montag. However, now Spencer’s sister, Stephanie Pratt, has entered the chat.
It seems that Stephanie, Spencer, and Heidi have been on the outs for quite a while. Stephanie clapped back at one of Spencer’s social media comments years ago by stating, “Well, you are married to the devil….” Well, Stephanie recently decided to sound off on her brother’s political run.

Not only is Spencer hoping to become the Mayor of Los Angeles, but he also released a memoir, aptly titled, The Guy You Loved to Hate. It is a cheeky nod to his time as a reality TV villain.
Meanwhile, Spencer decided to enter politics after he and Heidi lost their home in the LA wildfires. The duo also decided to sue the city of Los Angeles, alleging the city’s infrastructure played a role in the devastation.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Stephanie made some disturbing comments about Spencer via X. “Spencer has done great work for the palisades. But LA does not need another unqualified and inexperienced mayor,” she wrote. “A vote for him is a vote for stupidity. He’s just trying to stay famous and sell his memoir don’t be fooled.” She also mentioned Spencer “being in a cult” in the past.
In addition, Stephanie responded to some followers’ comments with more allegations. “Sorry he beat me up when I was 18 & put me in the hospital. So no he doesn’t belong in the government,” she alleged. Stephanie also claimed, “he’s the one who got me hooked on hard core drugs at 15. I’ve kept this all a secret for years. He also had a hidden drug addiction.”
