Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 0.73%.
The best performers of the session on the were Novozymes A/S B (CSE:), which rose 2.50% or 8.20 points to trade at 335.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:) added 2.23% or 14.80 points to end at 677.60 and Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:) was up 2.17% or 10.80 points to 507.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:), which fell 10.83% or 15.45 points to trade at 127.15 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) declined 4.05% or 7.12 points to end at 168.50 and Orsted A/S (CSE:) was down 1.67% or 9.60 points to 565.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 79 to 73 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.73% or 0.62 to $83.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.43% or 0.38 to hit $87.17 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.02% or 0.45 to trade at $1,951.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.39% to 6.76, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 102.11.
