A month long wellness festival will launch in just a few days.
June marks the return of Canary Wharf’s flagship Wharf Wellness festival, a month-long series of exclusive wellbeing and fitness events and experiences, set across the neighbourhood’s many waterside locations, green spaces, studios and rooftops.
Tapping into one of London’s fastest growing health trends with a new theme of ‘social wellness’, the festival celebrates the power of connection with a curated programme designed to bring people together through shared experiences.
The festival reflects Canary Wharf’s ongoing evolution into a vibrant, mixed-use community with more green spaces, access to water, art and culture than ever before.
Visitors will get to experience Eden Dock in full bloom as it enters its second official summer, and can look forward to a special one-day event at the newly opened Sea Lanes – a 50-metre, six-lane natural water lido floating in the dock, complete with eco-friendly saunas for a post-swim wind down.

Following tickets selling out in record time in 2025, this year’s programme is more packed than ever before. From early morning rooftop Pilates to outdoor Barry’s classes and run clubs, Wharf Wellness will transform the neighbourhood into a hub of social activity throughout June.

Standout events include arc community’s After Dark evening experience combining guided contrast therapy, DJs and aromatherapy, and Third Space’s takeover of Canada Square Park in partnership with run club Friday Night Lights. Featuring three back-to-back classes of yoga, Pilates and HIIT, the session is set to bring a vibrant, after-hours buzz to fitness.
For one day only at Sea Lanes, Olympian Katy Sexton will lead two open water coaching sessions – giving swimmers of all abilities the chance to learn from one of the sport’s most accomplished athletes.
The programme celebrates London’s thriving running culture with five run club events, including a 5k run with Atis followed by complimentary salad bowls.

At Padium, those interested in trying their hand at padel can get involved in introductory sessions designed for beginners, covering the fundamentals and building confidence on court, alongside Big Club Social events bringing players together for a series of fast paced 15-minute matches.
Signature sessions from Barry’s will take place both outdoors and in-studio, while lululemon is hosting fitness classes in Canada Square Park each week.
Also making use of the light summer mornings, The Island Studio will host a rooftop Pilates session, offering a calm, one-of-a-kind restorative experience set within the tranquil surroundings of Crossrail Place Roof Garden.
For those looking to slow things down, a thought-provoking panel at Sea Lanes clubhouse will explore modern wellbeing, asking “Wellness or Performance – are we driving ourselves into exhaustion?”. Panellists include personal trainer, nutrition consultant and content creator Zanna Van Dijk, psychologist Dr Pippa Wood and Sea Lanes General Manager Ross Gilbert.
A selection of offers will be available throughout June, giving guests even more ways to prioritise their wellbeing. Highlights include a one-month membership at Pitch, complimentary smoothies at Pure and 50% off initial treatments at Freedom Clinics, with many more offers across health, fitness and lifestyle brands.
With its mix of green spaces and waterside settings, Canary Wharf provides a strong backdrop for anyone looking to boost their wellness credentials, centred on community and shared experience. Alongside the festival, visitors can explore over 80 bars, cafés and restaurants, making it easy to extend their visit – including popular Taiwanese restaurant Din Tai Fung, modern British spot Roe and Nora, a Turkish restaurant bringing a taste of Istanbul to the Wharf.
