Country singer Bailey Zimmerman is facing criminal charges for causing damage amounting to approximately $16,000 to his hotel room at Sandia Resort and Casino.
To add to his worries, Zimmerman’s show was cancelled, leaving his fans bereft, due to his uncouth behaviour during sound check after he was removed from the resort in New Mexico.

According to TMZ, the singer has issued a public apology for his failures on both counts: lack of decorum and damages to his hotel room, and disappointing his audience who came expecting a performance.
Bailey says, “First things first, I want to apologize to the Pueblo of Sandia and to everyone at Sandia Resort & Casino. I never meant for any of this to come across as disrespectful. I am deeply sorry for my actions that transpired. I respect your community and the hospitality and appreciate the opportunity that was given to me to perform on Native Land. I take full accountability for everything that happened, and I am sorry to anyone who feels hurt or disrespected.”
The singer added, “To my fans who bought tickets and showed up expecting a performance, I am so sorry; you deserved better from me.” Zimmerman continued on the same apologetic strain, saying that he is “taking this legal matter seriously,” and is “committed to doing the work necessary to learn and grow.”
He also appealed to his fans and accepted responsibility for his recent failures, saying that he does not take their support for granted.
According to reports, the singer was allegedly drunk before the show and trashed his room, causing damages that added up to around $16K, including a $400 unsettled tab for drinks. He also reportedly angered around 4,000 fans who had come expressly to see him and enjoy the performance.
