The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Asa Germann is in final talks to join the cast of Marvel Studios’ X-Men movie. Barring any sudden changes, he will play the role of Warren Worthington III, better known by his superhero moniker, Angel. This character was previously played by Ben Foster in 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand and Ben Hardy in 2016’s X-Men: Apocalypse. Germann is best known for his two-season run on Prime Video’s Gen V, playing the complicated character Samuel “Sam” Riordan, whose main power was superhuman strength.
