Love Island Games has announced the cast of its debut season, and the Peacock spinoff will be bringing Love Island fan favorites from all over the globe — including famous exes and former winners — to compete in the dating and competition series.
Love Island Games premieres Wednesday, November 1, on Peacock and will drop six new episodes a week, just like Love Island. The Islanders entering the villa for the inaugural season are iconic Love Island singles from around the world, including the UK, USA, Australia, France, Sweden, and Germany. Maura Higgins will also return as social ambassador of the new series, which will also feature more surprise guests dropping in throughout the season.
Love Island UK host Maya Jama hosts this new series, with franchise-favorite Iain Stirling returning to narrate. Set in Fiji, the first season of Peacock’s Love Island Games will bring together cast members from across the globe for a second shot at love as they compete in a brand-new format to be crowned champions of Love Island Games. Romance meets reality as the Islanders are faced with both team and couples’ challenges, all while navigating dating, eliminations, recoupling, dramatic arrivals, and new competition twists and turns that help control the game like never before.
The hybrid series is a production of ITV Entertainment and is executive produced by David George, Adam Sher, Simon Thomas, Andy Cadman, Ben Thursby-Palmer, Claudine Parish, Kate Amarnani, and Sophie Bush, alongside Tom Gould, Richard Cowles, Mike Spencer, Richard Foster, and Chet Fenster.
There are several former winners and former couples in this group, such as exes Cely Vazquez and Johnny Middlebrooks from Love Island USA Season 2 and Mitch Hibberd and Tina Provis from Love Island Australia Seasons 3 and 4.
