Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the added 0.50% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the were Umm Al-Qura (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.91% or 1.52 points to trade at 16.86 at the close. Meanwhile, National Agriculture Development Co (TADAWUL:) added 9.86% or 2.06 points to end at 22.96 and Development Works Food Co (TADAWUL:) was up 9.85% or 12.20 points to 136.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Automotive Services Co. (TADAWUL:), which fell 2.22% or 1.20 points to trade at 52.80 at the close. Electrical Industries Co (TADAWUL:) declined 1.79% or 0.04 points to end at 2.19 and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (TADAWUL:) was down 1.72% or 2.80 points to 160.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 185 to 86 and 23 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 4.03% or 2.94 to $75.84 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 4.13% or 3.20 to hit $80.62 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.19% or 3.80 to trade at $1,983.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.52% to 4.09, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.53% at 103.68.
