Gabby Windey is well-known for her time on several reality shows. She took her turn as The Bachelorette, but in the end, her relationship didn’t pan out. Then she took a spin around the Dancing with the Stars ballroom. And recently, she won The Traitors Season 3, splitting the prize pot with fellow Faithfuls Dolores Catania, Dylan Efron, and Lord Ivar Mountbatten. However, Gabby has a bit of a grudge against The Voice judge, singer Michael Bublé. Do tell!
Gabby Windey says she’s talked “mad sh*t” about Michael Bublé
The Season 3 Traitors winner joined Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang on their podcast, Las Culturistas, to break it all down. Apparently, this incident went down in 2022 when Gabby was a contestant on DWTS.
“Michael Bublé is beyond dead to me,” Gabby said. She added that this is “not the first, second, third, or fourth time” that she’s talked “mad sh*t” about him. “I will also scream it,” Gabby stated.
When Michael was a guest judge on DWTS, Gabby said, “He, like, literally eye-f*cked me, looked me up and down, on the way to my trailer. I’m like, ‘I’m for sure getting a 10 out of this guy.’” WOW.
However, Michael only held up his 9-paddle. Womp-womp. After Matt suggested that Michael was “trying to flirt” by only giving her a 9, Gabby was unmoved. “I don’t know. That is not the way to flirt with me,” Gabby remarked. “I don’t do that. I like the love bomb.”
Welp, Gabby isn’t the first DWTS contestant to have an uncomfortable moment with a guest judge. During Season 33, KISS rocker Gene Simmons took a seat at the judges’ table. Of course, he thought that he did a fabulous job, but he was in the minority. He made cringey comments about the pro dancers’ and the contestants’ physical looks.
“This is a brand new experience for me, and it’s difficult to look at you and to figure out which one is more hot, hot, hot,” the guest judge told DWTS pro Witney Carson and NFL star Danny Amendola. Yikes.
Maybe the guest judges need a little chat before appearing on DWTS.
