Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 0.48%.
The best performers of the session on the were Pandora A/S (CSE:), which rose 3.49% or 33.00 points to trade at 979.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted AS (CSE:) added 2.93% or 11.00 points to end at 386.00 and Ambu A/S (CSE:) was up 1.89% or 1.88 points to 101.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:), which fell 5.65% or 790.00 points to trade at 13,185.00 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) declined 5.27% or 720.00 points to end at 12,940.00 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) was down 0.98% or 12.00 points to 1,217.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 66 and 21 ended unchanged.
Shares in Pandora A/S (CSE:) rose to 5-year highs; rising 3.49% or 33.00 to 979.80.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 4.55% or 3.36 to $70.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 3.87% or 3.05 to hit $75.71 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.46% or 9.45 to trade at $2,040.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.28% to 6.80, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 101.84.
