Vanderpump Rules castmates Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have ignited drama over Ariana’s belief that Billie Lee is living in the home they are currently fighting over. Billie is Tom and Ariana’s former castmate, appearing in Vanderpump Rules seasons 6 and 7, and was supportive of Tom during the aftermath of “Scandoval.“ Billie received backlash over being supportive of him after Tom cheated on Ariana and was accused of picking sides. Billie defended her actions to the naysayers by saying in a since-deleted post that she can’t believe people are picking sides, and that both Tom and Ariana are hurting.
Now, in a recently aired episode of Bravo‘s Vanderpump Rules After Show, Ariana is suspicious of Billie and believes she has actually moved into her home. “I think Billie Lee literally lives in my house right now,” Ariana stated, but when asked if she had any proof of Billie Lee living in her home, Ariana did not give any more details.
A source who is close to Tom denied Ariana’s statement, telling Page Six, “She doesn’t live there, but Tom and Billie are very close friends and have been forever. She goes over often just to hang out, like a lot of Tom’s other friends. That’s it.”
Billie Lee Spotted At Tom & Ariana’s House
Days after Ariana revealed her suspicions that Billie Lee was living in her much-contested home, a photograph of Billie, taken outside of Tom and Ariana’s house, appeared on the Internet. After the denial from Page Six‘s source that Billie has moved into the house with Tom, Billie was seen trying to appear low-key. The photograph showed Billie walking towards her car, which was parked right outside the house. Billie has firmly chosen not to choose sides in the less-than-amicable breakup of Ariana and Tom’s nine-year relationship, explaining last year that she considers Tom and Ariana to be family and she wants to be there for them since they have supported her.
Ariana and Tom have been at a standstill when it comes to selling their house, and Ariana has even turned to the courts for help. Part of the battle over the house is due to Tom’s refusal to sell the $2 million home that he and Ariana purchased together in better times. Ariana asked a judge to get involved and force Tom to sell the home. In the court filing, Ariana stated that the turmoil between her and Tom had a negative effect on the situation since they are both living there at the moment.
Tom Sandoval’s Former Assistant Slams Vanderpump Rules Star For Getting Her Involved In Raquel Drama
Tom Sandoval’s former assistant shared her thoughts on Tom’s behavior after the drama of Scandoval explaining he was wrong to involve her in this way.
However, Tom has refuted these claims made by Ariana in court. On Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files, he said that her lawsuit was “petty.” Tom went on to say, “Ariana is making it out to be that me wanting to keep the house is a psychopath move, but it’s not.” Tom further explained, “She’s like, ‘Oh, he gave me a s*** offer. I gave her an offer of $3.1 million. We bought our house for $2.05 [million]….I gave her an offer to buy her out.” Tom also claimed that Ariana has not paid a single bill for the last several months.
Tom and Ariana have been separated for some time now, and their split will continue to be messy throughout Vanderpump Rules season 11. Ariana does not want to relinquish the home and give him the opportunity to feel that he has somehow “won Scandoval.” Meanwhile, Ariana is now starring as Roxie Hart in Chicago and has found love with her new boyfriend. This new season was filmed pretty quickly after the conclusion of Vanderpump Rules season 10, making the pain felt by both Ariana and Tom feel fresh. The drama surrounding their breakup will continue to unfold and affect all the castmates during Vanderpump Rules season 11.
Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
