The NBA announced on Thursday that Phoenix will host the 2027 All-Star Game.
The event will be held at the Footprint Center, home of the Phoenix Suns and the WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury.
It will be the fourth time the All-Star Game has been held in Phoenix, having played host in 1975, 2005, and 2009.
The 2025 edition will be held at the Chase Center in San Francisco, home of the Golden State Warriors. It then will head to Inglewood, California, in 2026 and be held at the Intuit Dome, which will open this summer as the new arena for the LA Clippers.
Phoenix had previously been announced as host for 2024 WNBA All-Star Game. Both the Suns and the Mercury are governed by Mat Ishbia, who acquired the teams in 2023.
