Premiere Date, Cast and More News

It’s all happening! Bachelor in Paradise is returning for its milestone tenth season after taking a hiatus in 2024. During The Bachelor‘s Season 29 finale, Jesse Palmer revealed exciting news about Season 10 of the hit series.

This season will be unlike any other, and Palmer previously teased “changes” coming to the show. ABC has been periodically doling out updates ahead of the summer premiere, including the first trailer on June 6. From the new location, to the alum who will be showing up as a bartender, and much more, TV Insider has all the latest updates about the upcoming season.

When will Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 premiere?

ABC finally confirmed the premiere date for Bachelor in Paradise Season 10: Monday, July 7. The series will air on ABC and stream next day on Hulu. It was previously revealed that the show would be airing in summer 2025, and it looks like it will be taking the programming slot previously filled by The Bachelorette..

For the first time ever, Bachelor in Paradise will be filmed in Costa Rica as opposed to Mexico.

Season 9 premiered all the way back in September 2023, but that was because The Bachelorette was airing over the summer. Except for 2023 and 2020, Bachelor in Paradise has premiered a new season every year since 2014.

Who is in the cast of Bachelor in Paradise Season 10?

The first two cast members to join Season 10 were announced during the The Bachelorette’s Men Tell All special on August 27, 2024. Jonathon Johnson, who made Jenn Tran’s top three but was eliminated in Hawaii, was the first Season 21 cast member to get invited to be a part of Bachelor in Paradise Season 10.

“I’m really just hoping that I can apply what I learned from Bachelorette to Paradise, that ability to validate my own feelings and come to conclusions quicker,” Jonathan told TV Insider and other outlets. “If I like somebody, I’m gonna let them know. If I love somebody, they and anybody else that’s watching is gonna know. It’s not gonna be hidden. It’s not gonna be too late. I’m gonna let them know in that moment right then and there that you’re the one that I want, and I’m not gonna hide it. So hopefully going into Paradise, I keep that energy and I hold myself to that standard.”

At the end of Men Tell All, Hakeem Moulton was the second of Jenn’s guys to join Season 10. He revealed to TV Insider that he hopes to see one Bachelor Nation alum in particular on the beach. “I hope to see Olivia Lewis,” Hakeem said. “She’s beautiful. I think she has a lot of swagger, and I think she has a lot of class, and she has a lot of personality. I think she could definitely handle me because I’m also a lot of personality. I think we can bond on being possibly being friends first, and then hopefully we can possibly see if we can see something romantically.”

ABC executive Robert Mills hinted that more of Jenn’s suitors will be extended a Bachelor in Paradise offer. When someone tweeted that Brett Harris deserves an invite, Robert responded, “He will get one!!”

During the The Bachelor Season 29 finale, finalist Zoe McGrady was extended an invitation to the beach, which she accepted. Plus, it was also confirmed that cast members from The Golden Bachelor franchise would be joining the show. Gary Levingston from Joan Vassos‘ season and Leslie Fhima from Gerry Turner‘s season are the first confirmed Golden cast members.

The first trailer for the season gave us glimpses of Jonathan laughing with Season 9 alum Kat Izzo, who called off her engagement to John Henry Spurlock two years ago ago, as well as two couples kissing, and Gary and Leslie dancing during a night out.

Who will host Bachelor in Paradise Season 10?

Palmer will return as the host of Bachelor in Paradise Season 10. The former Bachelor has become the franchise host since Chris Harrison’s departure in 2021.

On April 22, ABC confirmed that Wells Adams will be returning as the bartender. He’ll also be joined by Hannah Brown, who will be serving drinks in a new Champagne Lounge this season.

Is there a trailer for Bachelor in Paradise Season 10?

A full trailer has yet to be released, but in the June 6 teaser, Palmer said, “Bachelor in Paradise is back with both bold and gold singles shooting their shot at love. Who’s fresh on the rebound? And whose love will be a slam dunk?” The footage concluded with Hakeem raving, “It’s finally here!”

Will Bachelor in Paradise return for Season 11?

Bachelor in Paradise’s future beyond Season 10 is unclear. Bachelor Nation fans were initially worried about the fate of the spinoff when Season 10 wasn’t part of ABC’s fall 2024 schedule. The network cleared up any doubts about BiP in July 2024 when the show was officially renewed.
